HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DELIVER?

Our delivery service is FREE to the following local post codes: BN11 - BN12 - BN14 - BN15 - BN16

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver outside of the above postcodes

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver on Friday's & Saturday's each week between 3pm until 7pm

You can place your order via this site at any time and your drinks will be delivered on the next delivery day.

If you would like to specify which day, then when you have paid for your order, email The Whiskey Rooms at the following address giving your name, address and which day you would like your delivery:

whiskeyroomsworthing@gmail.com

PROOF OF AGE:

We will only accept orders for alcohol from people who are at least 18 year old.

The people buying and consuming the alcohol must be at least 18 years old.

We will require identification when we deliver your order.  We have a challenge 25 policy @ The Whiskey Rooms.  Which means anyone who appears 25 years old or younger will be asked for identification to prove they are over 18 years old

HOW COVID-19 AFFECTS OUR DELIVERY SERVICE:

Our Delivery service is contactless when we drop off your drinks to your house.

A member of our team will knock on your door and then wait at least 2 meters away, until you answer your door.  We can then check your age before you take your drinks safely inside.

We would kindly ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus, that you wait until you are better before placing an order with us.  The safety of the team and the public is extremely important to us.

The Whiskey Rooms team will not be allowed to deliver goods or visit business premises if they, or someone they have close contact with, are experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus.

The Whiskey Rooms Delivery team will be equipt with hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes and will be instructed when to use it to minimise any possible transfer of the virus.

There may be times when the delivery service can not run.  This may be due to updated advice from the government or due to low staff numbers due to Coronavirus.  We would rather er on the side of caution.
