This gem of a cocktail is a fine balance of Tanqueray Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Green Chartreuse & Campari, producing a crisp & dry finish, packing an herbaceous punch!
The Bijou dates back to the late 1800's when it was invented by Harry Johnson who called it bijou, which is the French word for Jewel, because it combined the colors of three jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby, and chartreuse for emerald.
Your Bijou will arrive already mixed in a glass bottle. Just pour over ice and stir to dilute slightly...then, savour!
