This cocktail dates back to the 1930's where it was originally made with just Cognac and Banana Liqueur.
However, Caitlin Laman, beverage manager at the Ace Hotel in Chicago, built on the original recipe and added Olorosso Sherry... Which is exactly what we have done here.
We use Tempus Fugit's Banana Liqueur to give the best flavour of caramelised bananas!
